Feelings Talk

This is a taboo area in my culture that no one talk about

Till now

And even if we tried our best to do so ,, it is difficult cause no one taught us HOW !?!

We are not learn how to express our feelings and thoughts

We are not learn how to listen carefully to others and feel them

This is a scary area

But for me this is my CHALLENGE

and i will start it for now as ANONYMOUS
